1. Digital & Online Products (Edius 11 & Album Sense)

1.1 Software Licenses & Third-Party EULA

Upon purchase, you are buying a legitimate license/activation key to use the software. Your usage is governed by the original creator’s End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms & Conditions. By purchasing through us, you agree to the policies of the respective developers:

1.2 Anti-Piracy & Unauthorized Sharing

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the downloaded software links, files, or activation codes with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the license by the original developer without refund, alongside potential legal action.

1.3 Digital Delivery Policy

Since these are digital goods, no physical shipping is required. Delivery of your purchased digital license/assets is executed electronically via email and direct download links only after the successful confirmation of payment from our payment gateway.

While most deliveries are instant, if a transaction is marked as ‘Pending’ by the bank or requires manual verification, the maximum turnaround time (TAT) for digital delivery is 1 to 2 working days to allow for payment clearance.

2. Edit Zone Projects (Memberships & Services)

2.1 Refund & Return Policy

Edit Zone Projects are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. We provide proper demo sessions via videos and offer live training sessions for customers who wish to evaluate the projects prior to purchase.

2.2 Installation & Services

• Software installation is free exclusively for Edit Zone Gold Users (Current Version Members only).
• Edit Zone will install only Edit Zone Projects and Edius Gold software. Windows OS and other hardware-related software installations are explicitly excluded.
• Service Validity: Services are provided for the current version of projects (e.g., 2.0, 3.0, 4.0). No service will be provided after a membership closes following the launch of a new version.
• To continue receiving services and updates, customers must renew their membership with the new version. Edit Zone is not responsible for any errors or bugs related to projects for non-renewed members.

2.3 Dongle Policy (Exchange & Updates)

For updates or exchanges, the old dongle must be returned. The returned dongle must not be broken, and the security seal must not be removed. In the event of a broken, lost, undetected dongle, or removed seal, the customer is required to pay 100% of the amount for a new dongle.

3. Hardware & Offline Purchases (Computer Sell)

3.1 Returns & Replacements

• Hardware items are eligible for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery, provided they were received in a physically damaged condition, have missing parts/accessories, are defective, or differ from their description.
• Returns will only be processed if it is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession, is not different from what was shipped, and is returned in its original condition.

3.2 Refund Policy

A 50% refund is applicable if requested within 30 days of purchase. Strictly no refunds will be entertained after 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase. Note: Billed items are classified as non-returnable and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

3.3 Warranty

All hardware warranties will be provided directly by the respective company’s service centers, not by Edit Zone.

4. Physical Delivery & Shipping Policies

We appoint reliable courier companies to deliver physical products with extreme care. Customers also have the option to pick up items directly from the Edit Zone office.

A tracking number will be sent via email or text message after the order is shipped. Undeliverable Addresses: If a product is returned due to an undeliverable address resulting in order cancellation, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a 10% administration fee based on the total price. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method.

5. Third-Party Reseller Purchases

Our Refund and Return Policy applies only to software and hardware purchased directly from EDIT ZONE. If your software or hardware was purchased through a third-party or reseller, it must be returned to that specific reseller, subject to their independent return policies.

6. Payment Security & Data Privacy (RBI Compliance)

All online payments are securely processed via a compliant Payment Gateway (e.g., PhonePe). In adherence to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines regarding Card-on-File (CoF) tokenization and data security:

• Edit Zone does not collect, capture, or store your Credit Card, Debit Card, CVV, or Netbanking passwords on our servers.
• All transactions are processed through highly secure, PCI-DSS compliant encryption environments provided by our payment aggregator.

7. Grievance Redressal

In compliance with digital payment regulations, Edit Zone is committed to resolving customer concerns promptly. If you face any issues with your payment or product delivery, you can reach out to our support team.

• Resolution Time: We acknowledge all complaints within 24-48 hours and strive to resolve payment-related disputes within 7 working days.

8. Modification & Jurisdiction

Modifications: Edit Zone reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue selling any product, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Software updates and feature changes are controlled strictly by original developers.

Law and Jurisdiction: This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes and claims are subject to the exclusive and irrevocable jurisdiction of the Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan only.
